1/ Access the free advice pages
Check out the advice pages and Fact Sheets linked to this website. They may answer your question or issue immediately. They will familiarise you with the kinds of topics we can help you with and what you need to know or collect together before contacting us.
2/ Choose your advisor
If you think you need an initial consultation, use the Meet our Advisors page to decide who should be your 'Lead Advisor'. It doesn't matter if your needs span several of our areas of expertise (we are able to work together or separately, drawing on additional expertise as and when required). Initially, you should choose the person you think covers the most relevant areas.
3/ Make contact
Make contact with your 'Lead Advisor' using the pop-up contact form on their details page. Try to describe your question or issue as fully as you can.
4/ We'll contact you by e-mail
We will then e-mail you about your needs and may suggest an initial consultation, which could be by telephone or e-mail, or in person. |
