We are all fundraisers and have worked in the fundraising community for decades. We know what it takes to make a good fundraiser. We also know that it takes a particular kind of fundraiser to fulfil the demands of working as a solo fundraiser within an organisation.  It is therefore especially important that your organisational and fundraising priorities and expectations are identified prior to starting the recruitment process. A clear and full job description must also be agreed to ensure that you employ a fundraiser with the competencies to fulfil the demands of the role.

Mentoring

We can support your fundraiser or volunteers to help them to maximise the amount of money they can raise.  We offer tailored training and mentoring support focussing on any aspect of fundraising – strategies, trust applications, marketing, fundraising events and many more.
